How and when your Mirnest kits arrive — and what happens if something goes wrong along the way.
Where we deliver
We currently deliver to addresses in mainland Great Britain only. At launch we are not able to ship to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and Islands, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man, BFPO addresses, or internationally. We hope to expand our delivery area over time — if you're outside our current area, you're welcome to join our list and we'll let you know when we reach you.
Delivery cost
A delivery fee is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay, based on your order. Mirnest is not currently VAT-registered, so no VAT is added to your order.
When your kits arrive
Mirnest is a stage-based subscription. After your first kit, each new kit is matched to your baby's age and sent on a regular schedule:
- 0–12 months: a new kit roughly every two months
- 12–24 months: a new kit roughly every three months
We'll always let you know by email before a new kit is dispatched, so there are no surprises — and you can skip or pause from your account at any time (see Returns & Refunds).
Dispatch and delivery times
Kits are typically dispatched within 3–5 working days of your order or scheduled send date. Once dispatched, delivery usually takes a further 2–4 working days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details when your kit is on its way.
First kits for founding members will be dispatched from our August 2026 launch. If you pre-order before launch, we'll be in touch with your expected delivery window.
Tracking your order
When your kit is dispatched, we'll email you a tracking link so you can follow its progress. You can also see the status of your current and upcoming kits in your online account.
If you're not in
Our delivery partner will follow their standard process for missed deliveries — usually leaving the parcel in a safe place, with a neighbour, or at a local collection point, and leaving a card to let you know. Please make sure your delivery address and contact details are correct and up to date, as we can't be responsible for delays caused by incorrect details.
Delays
We'll always do our best to deliver on time, but occasionally things outside our control (weather, carrier disruption, busy periods) can cause delays. If your kit hasn't arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, please contact us at support@mirnest.com and we'll help track it down.
Damaged or incomplete kits
Every kit is checked before it leaves us. If your kit arrives damaged, or anything is missing, please email us within 14 days of delivery and we'll put it right — we'll replace any affected items at no cost to you. Photos help but aren't essential.
Returning a kit
When your baby outgrows a kit, you can return it for a £5 credit towards your next one. We provide a prepaid returns label — emailed to you or available in your online account — so it costs you nothing to send back. Full details are on our Returns & Refunds page.
