How does the subscription billing work?
You're billed £20 monthly. Kits are dispatched every 3 months (covering a full developmental stage). Your subscription runs continuously until you choose to pause or cancel.
What if my child is between stages?
During sign-up, you can select the stage that best fits your child's current development — you're not locked to their exact age. Our team can also help you choose.
How do returns work?
About 2–3 weeks before your next kit, we'll remind you. Pack the toys in any box, attach the pre-paid return label we included, and drop it at any post point. Return at least 4 of the 6–8 items to receive your full £5 credit.
Can I keep some toys and return the rest?
Absolutely. Keep your child's favourites — as long as you return at least 4 items, you'll still get the full £5 credit.
What does 'pass on' mean?
Instead of returning to us, hand the kit to a friend or another family. They sign up with a pass-on code, and you both receive benefits — £5 credit for you, a welcome discount for them.
Can I pause or skip a cycle?
Yes. You can pause your subscription at any time from your account — no penalty, no questions asked. You'll be notified 2 weeks before each shipment with the option to skip.
How do I cancel?
Cancel anytime with one click in your account settings, or contact our support team. No exit fees, no hoops. If you have a remaining kit, you can return it for your final credit.
Are the toys safe for babies to mouth?
Every toy is UKCA and EN71 certified, made from non-toxic materials (FSC wood, food-grade silicone, BPA-free plastics). All items are tested to the highest UK safety standards.
Can I subscribe for multiple children?
Yes — add multiple children under one account. Each child receives their own age-appropriate kit. You can stagger deliveries or receive them together.
What if a toy arrives damaged?
Contact us and we'll send a replacement immediately, no questions asked. Quality issues are rare thanks to our rigorous inspection process.
